PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
We want you to achieve the best possible results from your appointment. Proper preparation helps ensure your skin is in the ideal condition for the procedure and allows your artist to create the best results for you.
Please follow the guidelines below carefully before your appointment.
28 DAYS PRIOR
+Avoid Botox around the brow area.
7 DAYS PRIOR
+Avoid tanning and excessive sun exposure.
+Do not pluck, wax, thread or tint your brows.
+Avoid Retinol, Retin-A, AHA/BHA and other exfoliating or acne treatments around the brow area.
48 HOURS PRIOR
+Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil and CoQ10 unless prescribed by your doctor.
+Do not stop any prescribed medication without consulting your doctor.
24 HOURS PRIOR
+Avoid alcohol.
+Limit caffeine.
REMINDER
Please arrive with clean skin and no brow makeup.
These guidelines help ensure a safe treatment and the best healed results.
WHO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SPMU
• Are under 18 years old
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have diabetes, haemophilia, or a condition that may affect healing or bleeding
• Have an active skin condition, infection, irritation, eczema, psoriasis or shingles in the treatment area
• Have a known allergy or sensitivity to cosmetic tattoo pigments or makeup ingredients
• Have a history of keloid scarring
• Have skin cancer or another condition affecting the treatment area
• Are taking medications that may affect healing or skin sensitivity, including isotretinoin (Roaccutane) or certain steroids
PIGMENTS WE USE
We use Perma Blend and Phi pigments, carefully selected according to your natural skin tone, skin type and desired brow style. Your artist will assess your skin and natural brows to select the most suitable colour and pigment combination for a natural and harmonious result.
HYGIENE & SAFETY
Your safety and hygiene are our top priorities.
• To maintain a private and hygienic environment, companions are not permitted during the treatment.
• We use single-use, disposable needles and professional-grade products that meet applicable safety standards.
• All equipment and supplies are prepared and individually wrapped before each appointment.
• All single-use items are disposed of immediately after each session.
• Our treatment area and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between appointments.
